In our department in Kristiansand, we manage the entire product lifecycle locally—from R&D and testing to production and customer support. This role therefore offers involvement in activities beyond pure production, providing opportunities to gain insight into a wide range of technical disciplines.

In this position, you will be involved in the assembly, calibration, and testing of electromechanical devices in our production facility. As a key member of the production team, you will play an important role in ensuring consistent product quality and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, inspect, and test advanced electromechanical products to the highest quality standards

• Inspect, test and configure various mechanical and electrical parts to be used in larger assemblies

• Perform precise soldering of connectors and circuit boards

• Ensure the quality of finished products through thorough inspection and quality assurance

• Document completed work accurately in the ERP system

• Prepare and finalize products for delivery to customers

• Develop, document, and continuously improve work procedures and processes
